Transport Fever 3 Company Progression — Rank, Perks & Headquarters
The company progress entry shows the current company level and progression, and opens the company window. Current source facts, inspection workflow and unverified values are separated.
Current official facts
The company progress entry shows the current company level and progression, and opens the company window. Steam currently exposes Promotion for the first gained company rank, and Carreer Ladder for the highest company title. The built-in Tycoon mod sets company rank to the highest level and unlocks all perks. The Towns manual lists a headquarters bonus to the growth multiplier, starting at 5% and increasing with headquarters expansion.
Practical inspection workflow
Open company progression, record the current level and inspect available perk cards before spending. Compare the selected town's Supplies and Authority with the headquarters effect. Record whether the built-in Tycoon mod is active; unlocked perks under that mod do not prove the default unlock sequence.
Unknown values and historical evidence
Still unverified: Exact rank population thresholds, Each perk unlock rank, Default progression formula, Headquarters expansion bonus values. The Company and Finances manual currently displays an old-revision warning. Its uncorroborated limits, terms and bonus examples remain historical; they are not current values or independent live-game results.
Version and related systems
Current UI, Free Game, Towns, Subsidies or Steam conditions support only the attributed facts above. Store/client version and actual outcomes still require a recorded gameplay observation. A shared global Steam version is not a verified company-progression formula.
