Town Reputation Rating
Reputation is a town Authority rating. Landscaping, demolition and broken main connections can lower it; trees, celebrations and marketing have documented roles.
Town rating, not generic company reputation
The current Towns manual defines Reputation as treatment of the town and surrounding nature. It participates in Authority alongside five other ratings; this page does not describe a generic company reputation score.
Construction impacts
Landscaping, removing town buildings and breaking main connections to other towns can lower Reputation. Plan access and construction sequence before a rebuild. Removing trees has a documented recovery relationship with planting new trees, but no exact rate or per-tree multiplier is established.
Recovery actions and limits
The manual identifies celebrations and marketing campaigns as ways to improve Reputation. Check the applicable town and your current perks/interface. Exact recovery timing, thresholds and costs remain Unknown here; do not publish a guaranteed countdown or return-on-investment formula.
Inspect the whole town
The current Towns manual lists 18 levels. Supplies combines passenger and cargo supply; Authority is constrained by the lowest of Reputation, Happiness, Delivery, Traffic, Noise and Pollution. Read the town overview and relevant data layer before choosing an investment. Exact hidden weights and recovery rates are not supplied by this page. Preserve a before/after town-rating record when testing a construction change. Compare the actual selected town, rather than assuming an improvement in one place repairs all towns.
