This empty-menu console issue differs from the disabled-layer controller fix in the Steam notes. Version scope: all versions. Steam Stable 40420 is documented on October 8, 2026. The PC notes do not confirm that Epic/GOG or consoles received the same patch. Their latest numbered official entries and the announced rollout are displayed separately.
