Lane merges
Road lanes can merge into different lane counts; the developer demonstrates that transitions need not preserve equal widths.
Plan the operation
Trace the receiving lanes before adding feeders. Place the merge where a waiting vehicle will not block an upstream junction or stop.
Check the result
Watch which lane queues first. If the exit cannot clear traffic, adding another incoming lane will not remove that downstream constraint.
